What is Soulful Leadership Education

Let your life and your leadership become a clear expression of your fullest inner potential.

The Soulful Leadership Education is a 10-month programme consisting of two 2-day seminars, six half-day seminars, and six individual 1:1 coaching sessions.

The seminars include:

Learning in a group setting with mutual support, challenge, and reflection
Guided processes with deep personal reflection
Training in dialogue, presence, and relational dynamics
Teaching and practice in meditation, breathwork, and the cultivation of higher consciousness

Individual 1:1 coaching throughout the program provides ongoing, strong support and deepening of the learning and awareness developed in the seminars, while also creating space to work thoroughly with more personal aspects of your development.

The program is designed so that transformation unfolds both from within and in relation to others — and is integrated directly into your leadership and professional life.

How we work

The program alternates between seminars and individual coaching.

Seminars

The seminars take place in small groups and combine teaching, reflection, and practice. Each seminar includes, among other things:

Meditation and presence practices to settle into your body and consciousness
Theoretical models and perspectives within Soulful Leadership
Reflection exercises and dialogue in pairs and groups
Work with relationships, projections, and inner dynamics
Time for integration and personal grounding

The themes unfold gradually and build upon one another, guiding you through a progression from self-understanding → relationships → purpose → integration → lived higher consciousness.

Individual coaching

Between the seminars, you engage in individual 1:1 coaching.
Here, we work more directly with your personal processes, challenges, and insights — supporting their integration into your life and leadership.

What is Soulful Leadership

Soulful Leadership is, first and foremost, a fundamental shift in your state of consciousness.

From an experience of life

shaped by worry and a persistent sense of unease — a feeling that something is missing
with a strong need for control, where self-criticism and criticism of others can easily take over
where we often feel emotionally stuck — with low energy, a sense of standing alone, and of life being against us
where our possibilities and freedom to act feel limited
where our focus is absorbed by the physical and material world

rooted in an inner core of calm and stability, that is no longer dependent on external circumstances

Soulful Leadership is grounded in timeless wisdom from traditions such as Buddhism, Yoga, Vedantic philosophy, A Course in Miracles, and others — integrated with modern psychology, leadership, and contemporary understandings of consciousness.

Not as theory.
But as lived experience and practice.

A living and responsive education

The Soulful Leadership Education is not a fixed or rigid program.
It is alive and continuously adjusted through a co-creative process with the participants.

There is room for what emerges — without losing structure or direction. It is precisely this balance between a clear framework and open awareness that makes the education deeply transformative.

Facilitation

The education is personally facilitated and coached by Jesper Bobjerg.

I bring together my experience from leadership and business with many years of work in consciousness, therapy, and spiritual practice.

This creates a field where depth, professionalism, and empathy can exist side by side.

Start of the next education group

New groups are launched on an ongoing basis as registrations come in — typically one to two groups per half year.
I place great emphasis on creating the right group dynamic, and as a result, you may experience a waiting period of a few months before your group begins.

Location

The two-day education seminars are held at Hotel Hornbækhus in Hornbæk — approximately one hour’s drive from Copenhagen.

Half-day seminars and individual coaching take place at my practice in Copenhagen.

You register online and pay a deposit of DKK 5,000 (excl. VAT), which secures your place on the waiting list for the next group.

You will then be invited to the first 90-minute individual coaching session with Jesper Bobjerg. In this session, we get to know each other, explore your intentions and possibilities with the education, and begin your coaching process.

Once your group has been established, we will coordinate the course dates, and you will receive an invoice for the remaining course fee as well as accommodation and meals.
