What is Executive Coaching
Executive coaching with me is a confidential and reflective space where, as a leader, you can step back from complexity, pace, and expectations — and reconnect with your inner core.
The focus is not primarily on optimizing performance or solving isolated problems, but on creating clarity at the source from which decisions, relationships, and actions arise.
When leadership emerges from a quieter, more conscious, and integrated place, it becomes both more human and more sustainable. Decisions are made with greater integrity. Relationships become more honest. And you stand more firmly — even when pressure is high and answers are not immediately available.
Executive coaching is always individually tailored, but often centers around:
inner clarity and decision-making capacity
authenticity and leadership aligned with your values
relationships, responsibility, and challenging conversations
inner calm and sustainability in a demanding professional life
the interplay between soul, ego, and role
meaning, direction, and personal integrity
The work takes place in a safe, professional, and confidential space where reflection precedes action — and where strategic, relational, and existential dimensions are all welcome.

My Work as a Coach
My approach to executive coaching integrates modern leadership, psychology, and higher consciousness.
I work with awareness, dialogue, and presence as central tools — not to simplify complexity, but to meet it with greater clarity and freedom.
Coaching may include reflection, dialogue, and work with specific leadership situations. When relevant, meditation and consciousness-based practices are also included to support integration, inner peace, and clarity.
I bring more than 30 years of experience with leadership, organizations, and people — as a leader, entrepreneur, CFO, board member, consultant, educator, therapist, and coach.
I have personally stood in the complex realities that modern leaders navigate and know the inner tension between responsibility, results, and the human dimension.
Alongside this, I have spent more than 15 years working with human and spiritual development through coaching, therapy, teaching, and retreats. This combination allows the work to remain both grounded and deep — without losing realism, professionalism, or integrity.
A Personal Perspective
My own journey into inner work began more than 25 years ago, following a serious car accident that became a turning point in my life.
The accident not only initiated a period of physical healing, but also set in motion a deep existential inquiry into who I am — and from where I live and lead. Shortly thereafter, I began a meditation practice, which became an entry point into a new awareness of the quiet, clear place within us that exists beyond roles, performance, and identity.
Since then, I have participated in and facilitated a wide range of coaching and therapy processes, advanced trainings, and retreats within psychology, leadership, consciousness, and spiritual practice. This work has shaped both my life and the way I meet others — with greater presence, humility, and respect for the inner intelligence we all carry.
The personal work is not something I set aside when I work professionally. It is the very foundation of my work as an executive coach. It is from this place the space for clarity, honesty, and deep transformation emerges.
