You are welcome to come with a specific theme, a life situation, or a wish for greater inner peace, balance, and direction.

The session is grounded in what is most alive for you here and now and supports a movement toward deeper connection, authenticity, and inner peace.

Fee for a 1.5-hour session:

Couples Therapy Session

Couples session 1.5 hour — in person at my practice

You are welcome to bring challenges and conflicts — or with a wish to strengthen your relationship and cultivate greater depth, closeness, and awareness in your relation.

Together, we create clarity around what exists between you, with a focus on responsibility, contact, and new ways of meeting one another.

What is therapy

Therapy with me is a confidential and gentle space where you are invited to pause and meet yourself from a deeper place.

Not to be “fixed.”
But to allow inner clarity and authenticity to unfold.

We work with reconnecting to what is already present beneath thoughts, patterns, and old strategies — the inner intelligence from which clarity, calm, and natural movement arise.

In therapy, we move from a survival-based way of being in life — shaped by fear, pressure, control, and self-criticism — and home toward a more conscious and soul-anchored way of living and relating.

Here, change is not something you have to push for, but something that emerges from within when awareness is given space.

Therapy with me is for those who long for greater inner peace, freedom, authenticity, and genuine connection — with themselves and with others.

Individual therapy

Individual therapy is a safe and attentive space where you can explore your life at your own pace and with full presence.

We begin with what is most present for you right now — for example stress, a sense of unease, life transitions or crises, relationships, self-worth, identity, or the experience of having lost connection with yourself.

Grounded in Gestalt therapy, embodied awareness, and consciousness-based work, we explore your experiences, emotions, and patterns as they show themselves in the present moment.

As attention shifts from the mind’s narratives to lived experience, a deeper connection to your needs, boundaries, and inner resources often begins to emerge.

The goal is not to change who you are, but to support you in living more in alignment with who you already are.

Couples therapy

Couples therapy with me is for couples facing challenges and conflicts — but also for couples who are fundamentally doing well and wish to cultivate greater depth, clarity, and awareness in their intimate relationship.

Our intimate relationship is one of the strongest mirrors we have. Here, both our longings and our wounds become visible. For this very reason, it holds great potential for development — individually and together.

In couples therapy, we create a safe and open space where you can explore your dynamics, communication, and patterns with greater awareness and responsibility.

We do not work with blame, but with contact.
Not with positions, but with presence.

The intention is to move from automatic reactions, defenses, and distance — toward greater openness, understanding, and loving connection.

About Me as a Therapist

I am a trained psychotherapist from the Gestalt Institute of Scandinavia (GIS) and have worked with therapy and human development for more than 15 years.

My approach is grounded in Gestalt therapy’s focus on presence, responsibility, and contact — combined with a deeply human and consciousness-based perspective on the soul and inner intelligence.

I meet people with calm, respect, and a fundamental trust that healing and change arise when we dare to be honestly present with what is.

The Essence of My Therapeutic Work

I believe that healing happens when we rediscover contact with ourselves — with the body, our emotions, and the deeper awareness behind thought.

From here, a natural movement emerges toward greater inner peace, freedom, self-love, and a more alive connection with life.

Therapy is not a quick fix — but a loving and conscious path home.

A Personal Perspective

My own journey into inner work began more than 25 years ago, following a serious car accident that became a turning point in my life.

The accident not only initiated a period of physical healing, but also set in motion a deep existential inquiry into who I am — and from where I live and lead. Shortly thereafter, I began a meditation practice, which became an entry point into a new awareness of the quiet, clear place within us that exists beyond roles, performance, and identity.

Since then, I have participated in and facilitated a wide range of coaching and therapy processes, advanced trainings, and retreats within psychology, leadership, consciousness, and spiritual practice. This work has shaped both my life and the way I meet others — with greater presence, humility, and respect for the inner intelligence we all carry.

The personal work is not something I set aside when I work professionally. It is the very foundation for my work as a therapist. It is from this place the space for clarity, honesty, and deep transformation emerges.
